Founded by Japanese scientist Izumi Tabata, Tabata is a style of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a certain number of rounds. HIIT training can be an effective way to improve anaerobic and aerobic systems significantly, helping you to improve your fitness in a shorter amount of time.

Tabata is a fast paced, heart pumping, teeth gritting workout that will help to get those feel good endorphins flowing! Led by David, this fierce but fun class should leave you feeling empowered, fitter and stronger! 

Open to members & non-members, this popular class is held every Tuesday at 7pm and prior booking is essential to secure your place as numbers are limited.
